Bio:	My name is Doron Keren. After 18 years of practicing dentistry on Central Park South in midtown Manhattan, last year I proudly purchased a successful practice in Port Washington from a retiring dentist- Dr. Bruce Jaslow. I am thrilled to be working in the town where I have so many roots. I grew up in town and attended Schreiber high school. I returned here over 12 years ago with my wife to raise our family. I have two boys ages 12 and 9 who attend Weber and Sousa respectively.<br><br> I am experienced in all phases of general dentistry including implants, adult orthodontics, endodontics (root canal), and cosmetic dentistry. I am a graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. I successfully completed a general practice residency program at the Bronx VA Hospital, and have over 250 hours of continuing education credits. I am a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and New York County Dental Society.<br><br>My practice is geared to preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The single most important factor in obtaining good oral health is continuing preventive care. My goal is to restore your teeth and gums to a healthy state, and then to show you the basic skills needed to maintain good oral health. I bring to Port Washington the knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful dentist from the most competitive part of the country, New York City. I encourage you to ask questions whenever you feel the need. The more informed you become the more appreciation you will have for quality dentistry, and the easier it will be for us to build a long lasting and mutually satisfying relationship.<br><br>The goal of my practice is simply to help my patients retain their teeth all of their lives if possible…in maximum comfort, function, health, and esthetics, and to give them the smiles they’ve always wanted.
